The Senior LinkAge Line is partnering with the Fairfax Public Library to offer seniorsesefree educational sessions on May 22.
The Care Transition presentation offers information to help older adults and their families understand their long-term care options. This presentation will be helpful for someone considering a move to a housing with services setting (assisted living) or someone who wants information on how they can get help to remain at home. This presentation will help you and your family learn how to begin planning.
Please call the Fairfax Public Library at (507) 426-7269 to register. Class and presentation will be held in Fairfax on May 22. The Senior Surf Day Class will be held from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM and the Care Transitions presentation will be held from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
