Active Aging Program from Catholic Charities of Southern MN is hosting a Powerful Tools for Caregivers class in New Ulm on Thursdays for six sessions. The first class is Thursday, April 25, 2019.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a group workshop designed to help caregivers develop self-care tools to better manage the unique challenges facing them.
Workshop participants learn practical skills proven to reduce stress, communicate more effectively, improve self-care, make effective decisions and access community resources for caregivers.
