Title III-E National Family Caregiver Support Programs (NFCSP)
Title III-E NFCSP funding is designed to build an integrated caregiver service system that empowers family and informal caregivers, provides diverse and flexible service options to address caregivers’ individual needs and preferences, reduced caregiver burden and extends the time care can be provided at home.
MNRAAA is seeking new providers of NFCSP services under Title III-E of the Older Americans Act and is inviting its existing Title III-E providers proposing to expand services, in Blue Earth, Le Sueur, Martin, Nicollet, Pipestone and/or Waseca Counties. Allowable services include:
- Respite: In-Home and/or Out-of-Home Non-Facility
- Counseling: Individual/Family Counseling and/or Coaching/Consulting
- Counseling: Support Groups and/or Training and Education
- Supplemental Services: Home Modification
- Supplemental Services: Technology
- Information Services
