Minnesota Aging Pathways is a free telephone information-and-assistance service that makes it easy for seniors and their families to find community services.
Minnesota Aging Pathways is the Minnesota Board on Aging’s free statewide information and assistance service. Minnesota Aging Pathways service is provided by six Area Agencies on Aging that cover all 87 counties of Minnesota and help connect you to local services.
Minnesota Aging Pathways can help simplify the complex issues and decisions you face every day as a senior, Baby Boomer, Medicare beneficiary, caregiver or someone trying to reduce prescription drug costs.
