MN Aging Pathways is a free telephone information-and-assistance service which makes it easy for seniors and their families to find community services.

MN Aging Pathwaysis the Minnesota Board on Aging’s free statewide information and assistance service. MN Aging Pathways service is provided by six Area Agencies on Aging that cover all 87 counties of Minnesota and helps connect you to local services.

MN Aging Pathwayscan help simplify the complex issues and decisions you face every day as a senior, Baby Boomer, Medicare beneficiary, caregiver or someone trying to reduce prescription drug costs.

Call Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 AM

MN Aging Pathways is a free statewide service of the Minnesota Board on Aging and Area Agencies on Aging. Specialists provide one-to-one assistance with helping older adults age well and live well. MN Aging Pathways is the federally-designated State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) for Minnesota and is the place to call for Medicare and health insurance issues. Call 1-800-333-2433 for assistance Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
