Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota (LSS) Support Groups are a safe place for individuals who are caring for older adults with a chronic illness. Groups provide participants with access to information, training and tools in a supportive and trusting environment. The pandemic has challenged our communities and caused many caregivers to travel their journey alone or with little support. Virtual support groups allow individuals to connect and build a support network in a safe manner.
Cost: Participant contributions encouraged
They use a secure format called Microsoft Teams to participate in the meetings. The facilitator will send an invitation to the meeting through your computer, iPad or smart phone. Support Group materials will be provided via email or postal service. Please feel free to reach out to the LSS contact below with questions about attending.
