Age-Friendly Community Grant
Create positive change in your community! Apply for up to $11,500 to identify local priorities, engage residents, and implement projects that make your community more Age-Friendly and livable for all. Applicants must serve in one of the 18 counties in MNRAAA’s region that overlap with the Southwest Initiative Foundation.
Now accepting applications through August 24.

Community Engagement Grant
Let’s make aging more engaging! Apply for up to $500 to support an event or program that provides an opportunity for engagement, socialization, education, or access to resources. Applicants must serve in one of the 18 counties in MNRAAA’s region that overlap with the Southwest Initiative Foundation.
