Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging, in partnership with Propel Nonprofits, will host two virtual training opportunities for aging services providers in Minnesota. Propel Nonprofits is an intermediary organization and federally certified community development financial institution (CDFI) providing capacity-building services and access to capital to support nonprofits in achieving their missions.
Board members will participate in board meetings and other engagements with more confidence and knowledge about their role. Participants will learn typical board responsibilities and explore the nuances of board authority and relationships during this online training.
Participants will receive a PDF of Propel Nonprofits’ Board Boot Camp workbook, which includes the Fiduciary Duties of Directors of Charitable Organizations.
